The Tribe is a global network. Members from every country connect, collaborate, and commit to being there for each other — personally, professionally, and in times of crisis. We network, we mentor, we open doors. Wherever you go, a Tribe member is waiting.
Our flagship mission: building the largest bird sanctuaries in the world. We also foster neglected, abused, and abandoned animals of every kind — providing veterinary care, open pastures, proper nutrition, and lifelong rehabilitation. Every sanctuary is permanent. Every animal is protected.
We harvest our own sport teams with our own athletes. Football, basketball, boxing, running clubs — The Tribe develops talent from within. We train, compete, and represent our community on the field. The Tribe that trains together, stays together.
We build retreats where members can escape the fast life and spend quality time in nature, looking after our animals in the sanctuary. Disconnect from the noise, reconnect with what matters. Our retreats are sanctuaries for people — just as our sanctuaries are retreats for animals.
We are developing horse racing for heavyweight jockeys — an entirely new category of the sport. Traditional racing excludes anyone over 118 lbs. The Tribe is changing that by training athletes, using appropriate horse breeds, and building an inclusive racing programme that puts animal welfare first.
Every member commits to personal growth — physically, mentally, spiritually, and financially. We hold each other accountable. We share knowledge freely. We build businesses together. The Tribe has no room for those who refuse to improve.
II. The Declaration
Millions of birds and animals across the world are neglected, abused, and abandoned — with nobody to protect them. The Tribe was founded to change that.
We are building the largest bird sanctuaries in the world, fostering neglected animals back to health, developing our own sport teams and athletes, and creating retreats where members spend quality time looking after our animals and reconnecting with nature.
Every member contributes, every member shows up, and every member plays a part in building something that outlasts us all.

III. The Code
Answer the call. When a Tribe member asks for help, you respond. Not when it's convenient — when it's needed.
Keep your word. Say what you mean. Do what you say. A Tribe built on broken promises is no Tribe at all.
Never exploit a brother. Business between members is fair and transparent. Profit is welcome. Exploitation is exile.
Grow daily. Read. Pray. Train. Learn. Build. The Tribe has no room for those who refuse to improve.
Feed someone. Whether it is a meal, a skill, or a word of encouragement — nourish another human being as often as you can.
Protect the voiceless. Animals, children, the elderly, the displaced — those who cannot defend themselves are under your protection.
Earn honestly. The Tribe does not shelter thieves, frauds, or parasites. Your wealth must be clean.
Share knowledge freely. What you know belongs to The Tribe. Teach without hesitation. Mentor without ego.
Respect every faith. Every sincere spiritual path is honoured. Mockery of another's belief is forbidden.
Show up physically. Digital connection is not enough. Attend drives. Visit the sick. Presence is the proof of love.
Hold each other accountable. If a brother strays, correct him with honesty and compassion — not silence.
Leave every place better than you found it. Your home. Your city. Your country. The planet.
